Dental Hygienist

This practice is a NHSC, Oregon State Loan Forgiveness and Scholars for a Health Oregon Initiative (SHOI) location!

Offering a $2,500 signing bonus! 

Starting at $46.00 to $53.00 per hour, depending on experience.

20 hours/week with the opportunity for more hours and flexible days with a preference for Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

• You’ll use evidence-based science without production, quotas or pressure to upsell as our dental hygienist.

Job Qualifications

• Your primary focus is to establish patient rapport, educate, and engage the patient in partnering to maintain oral health.
• Exhibit strong teamwork while working with a team of 1 Dentist and 2 Dental Assistants while managing an efficient hygiene schedule.
• Utilize your dental hygiene license to its fullest scope.
• Travel to other Willamette Dental offices may be required on an ongoing basis.

Oregon

• Registered Dental Hygiene License; Required and in good standing
• Local anesthesia endorsement; Required
• N2O permit; Required and kept current
• Restorative function endorsement; Preferred
